Job Description
Join a collaborative oncology team in Hamden, CT as a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner delivering high-quality outpatient care with occasional inpatient consults. You will work alongside two physicians and two nurse practitioners, providing comprehensive clinical management for oncology patients - approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient responsibilities.
Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM-6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM-1:30 PM

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Connecticut
