Job Description
Join a collaborative Milford, CT team of two physicians and two nurse practitioners delivering high-quality hematology-oncology care. You will provide comprehensive outpatient clinical services (approximately 90% of the role) with a smaller component of inpatient consultations (about 10%). This position emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuity across the care continuum.
Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Connecticut
