Family Medicine Physician - Aurora, CO (FT, $150-160K + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine physician who enjoys providing comprehensive primary care, promoting prevention, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families across the lifespan.

What you’ll do

• Deliver full-scope primary care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic care.
• Perform physical exams, routine screenings, and preventive care.
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans together with patients and their families.
• Manage common chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Offer counseling on nutrition, lifestyle, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care and referrals, collaborating closely with specialists and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and support quality improvement efforts.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive experience for every patient.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado.
• Current DEA registration or eligible to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
