Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician - Moses Lake, WA (New Hospital, Level III Trauma Center)

Join a collaborative emergency medicine team at a new hospital in Moses Lake, Washington. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician for a Level III trauma center.

Team and Setting

• 8 residency-trained, Board-Certified emergency physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• 9-bed emergency department plus 2-bed triage/fast care
• Approximately 26,500 ED visits per year
• Brand-new hospital with modern facilities, broad specialty support, and 24/7 diagnostic services
• Colleagues provide mutual coverage and share patient-care responsibilities

Clinical Schedule

• Shift options: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
• Flexible scheduling with team-based coverage for requested days off and equitable holiday distribution

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base annual 1099 compensation: $396,000
• $50,000 commencement bonus for full-time commitment (120+ hours/month)

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABEM or AOBEM
• Current Washington medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-based environment
