OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Sun City West & Arizona Locations (FT, $300-340K)

Position highlights

• Competitive salary $300,000-$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling and the ability to build your own calendar
• Typical schedule: 7-9 shifts per month (24-hour shifts), providing roughly 21 days off per month
• No on-call duties or office management responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with local obstetricians and a multidisciplinary inpatient team

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
