Family Medicine Physician - Adult Primary Care (Auburn, NY)

We’re looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our adult primary care team in Auburn, NY. You’ll join an established outpatient practice that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered medicine and provides strong support so you can focus on care.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient population in an outpatient setting.
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Keep a steady clinic pace with roughly 15-minute appointment slots.
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions, continuity, and coordinated care.
• Use our EMR for documentation, ordering, and care coordination.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

• Base salary: $250,000 annually

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
