Locum CRNA - Hospital & ASC (Winchester, VA) - Weekdays, No Call/Weekends

Join a collaborative hospital-based anesthesia team in Winchester, Virginia, providing locum CRNA coverage with a flexible weekday schedule - no call and no weekends. You’ll work in a supportive 1:4 care team model alongside anesthesiologists and enjoy a varied case mix across hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.

Schedule options (Monday-Friday)

• 4 x 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM-6:00 PM)
• 5 x 10-hour shifts
• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• 4 x 12-hour shifts
• No call and no weekend coverage
• Full-time coverage preferred; providers available 2-3 weeks per month will be considered

Key responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia care
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to maintain safe, high-quality care
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR

Qualifications

• NBCRNA certified
• Active Virginia license or eligible for licensure
• 3-5+ years of CRNA experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) certifications
• Strong general anesthesia skills; spinal and epidural experience preferred
