Interventional Pain Management Physician - Outpatient Procedure-Focused Practice, Panama City FL

We’re a well-established, privately owned pain management practice in Panama City, FL, looking to add a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain physician to our growing team. If you trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology and prefer a procedure-driven, outpatient practice with steady referrals and strong long-term earning potential, this could be a great fit.

What the role looks like

• Office-based, outpatient interventional pain practice focused on procedures.
• High-volume patient flow with established referral sources and room to grow.
• You’ll work with experienced clinical and procedural support staff so you can focus on patient care.
• Physician-led, privately owned group with solid administrative infrastructure and stable patient volume.

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary range: $375,000-$425,000+.
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required).
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration in good standing.
• Strong procedural skills and a commitment to evidence-based pain management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
