Non-Interventional Outpatient Pain Management Physician - Pensacola, FL

Join a well-established, privately owned outpatient pain practice in Pensacola, FL that focuses on conservative, patient-centered care. We’re looking for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who prefers a predictable weekday schedule and values teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice - no nights, weekends, or hospital call
• Standard Monday-Friday hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) that support work-life balance
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative pain management approaches
• Patient mix primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation cases
• Collaborative team that includes neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, stable practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000-$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases is a plus but not required
