Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician - Cleveland, TX

Join a community-focused Emergency Department in Cleveland, Texas, where you’ll provide high-quality emergency care as a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, manage a diverse case mix, and quickly make a meaningful impact on the patients and families who rely on this hospital.

What you’ll do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a broad range of urgent and emergent conditions.
• Perform emergency procedures appropriate to Emergency Medicine practice and stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests; coordinate care with consultants and inpatient teams.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Who we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Active Texas medical license or able to obtain state licensure.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS certifications as required.
