Community-Focused Dentist (FT/PRN) - $160-220K + Loan Forgiveness & Great Benefits

Location: Detroit Lakes, Minnesota (opportunities for full-time and PRN; additional sites across Michigan)

Position overview
Provide comprehensive primary dental care to a community served by a mission-driven nonprofit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and use digital technology to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and incentives

• Salary: $160,000-$220,000 plus incentive program
• State and federal student loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as indicated
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Use advanced digital tools: electronic charting, digital imaging, digital scanning
• Maintain professional, patient-centered conduct

Required qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD program
