We are hiring full-time and PRN dentists to provide comprehensive primary dental services, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and use modern digital technology to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation & incentives

• Salary range: $160,000-$220,000 plus incentive program
• State & federal student loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as indicated
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues and other health professionals to optimize patient care
• Employ advanced technologies such as digital charting, digital imaging, and intraoral scanning
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach and courteous bedside manner

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Minnesota
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD program preferred
