Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician - Brigham & Women’s Faulkner (Flexible FT/PT, Teaching, Competitive Pay)

We’re an established primary care practice looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or a Family Medicine physician with an adult medicine focus) to join our collaborative team. You’ll work alongside physicians, NPs/PAs, skilled medical support staff, and on-site behavioral health providers. This is a chance to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine with excellent resources and strong institutional support.

What the role looks like

• Outpatient-only practice embedded with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital
• Join a collegial group of 8-10 physicians plus advanced practice providers
• Full-time or part-time options (flexible schedule: 0.75-1.0 FTE; roughly 6-8 sessions weekly)
• Shared call schedule with about 10 weekends per year
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
• New graduates and those finishing residency are encouraged to apply

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $235,000-$265,000 annually (commensurate with experience and FTE)

Basic requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine with an adult medicine focus)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
