Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Boston/Brockton/Lynn)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $259,000-$270,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications and Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (must obtain board certification within one year of start)
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care and familiarity with EHRs and clinical technologies
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity; bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and working in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, resilience, and ability to manage competing priorities
