OB/GYN Hospitalist - Belleville/Denville NJ | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule, No On-Call

Join a team focused on delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who arrives at the hospital. You’ll work alongside local obstetricians in a supportive hospitalist model that prioritizes patient safety, quality improvement, and physician work/life balance.

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible, self-created schedule.
• Typical commitment: 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (roughly 21 days off each month).
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call obligations.
• Locations: Belleville and Denville, New Jersey.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who works well in teams and prioritizes patient-centered care.
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement.
