OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, Competitive Salary & Benefits)

Join a team committed to delivering reliable, expert care to every pregnant patient who walks through the hospital doors. We’re looking for dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians who want to improve patient safety and satisfaction by providing consistent, high-quality inpatient care.

What this role looks like

• Work as an OB hospitalist alongside local obstetricians, focusing on inpatient and emergent obstetric care so patients always receive experienced physician coverage.
• Maintain an excellent work/life balance with a schedule you can help design - typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No office management duties and no on-call responsibilities outside of scheduled shifts.

Where you could work
Opportunities are available in multiple Southern and Central California locations, including Clovis, La Mesa, Lancaster, Los Angeles, Merced, Rancho Mirage, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks, and Visalia.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary range: $300,000-$340,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
• Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling and potential bonuses.

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• California medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who works well in teams and prioritizes patient-centered care.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement.
