Hospitalist Physician - Full-Time 7-on/7-off in Modern Great Falls MT Hospital (Sign-On, Relocation)

We’re looking for a full-time, board certified or board eligible hospitalist to join a collaborative, well-respected team in Great Falls, Montana. You’ll be part of a modern 46-bed acute care hospital (36 inpatient beds plus a 10-bed open ICU) with strong specialist support, advanced diagnostics and procedural capabilities.

What the role looks like

• Employed, full-time hospitalist position on a 7-on / 7-off block schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Dedicated nocturnists plus in-house Pulmonary/Critical Care coverage.
• Typical daily census averages about 15 patients per hospitalist.
• Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology support and a broad range of on-call specialists.
• Nursing ratio generally 1:5 (adjusted for acuity).
• Facility highlights: advanced cath labs, an in-house 5-OR surgical suite with an adjacent 4-OR Surgery Center, and an 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians.

Procedures we’d like you to be comfortable with
Candidates with experience or comfort in central line placement, intubation, and arterial line insertion are strongly encouraged to apply.

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
