Experienced BE/BC Hospitalist - 7-on/7-off, Sign-on & Relocation Bonus in Great Falls, MT

Key details

• Hospital-employed, full-time position with a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule (7:00 AM-7:00 PM)
• Typical daily census averages 15 patients with a 1:5 nursing ratio adjusted for acuity
• Team includes dedicated nocturnists, a pulmonary/critical care physician, and an experienced NP who follows the same 7-on/7-off schedule
• Telemedicine critical care/pulmonology support and a full panel of on-call specialists available
• Robust EMR and streamlined workflows; procedural experience preferred but not required

Facility highlights

• 36 inpatient beds, including a 10-bed open ICU and an 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
• 2 cardiac cath lab suites; 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit; 5 ORs plus a 4 OR Surgery Center; 5 observation beds

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior hospital medicine experience; procedural skills a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
