Board-Certified Urology Surgeon - Fly-In Shifts (14-16 Days/Month)

We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible urologist to join a busy, well-supported team that values balance and patient-focused care. You’ll be based in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics nearby in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL - all within a short 15-minute commute - and enjoy a predictable schedule with only 14-16 clinical days per month while receiving full-time benefits. Compensation is $549,000.

What you’ll do

• Provide acute adult urologic care in a facility-based setting and manage continuity across outpatient and inpatient services.
• Operate in block time in the OR and perform a full range of surgical procedures.
• Work alongside experienced urologists and full-time advanced practice providers, sharing clinical responsibility and collaborating on patient management.
• Focus entirely on patient care - there’s no billing or coding required.

Schedule and location

• 14-16 working days per month, with schedules posted 90 days in advance for predictability.
• Primary hospital site in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
