Board-Certified/Eligible Urology Surgeon - $549K, 14-16 Days/Month, No Call/No Billing

We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Surgeon to join a well-established, highly supported team serving Rock Island, IL, with additional clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL - each within a short 15-minute commute. This position offers a strong work-life balance with only 14-16 clinical days per month while maintaining full-time benefits and a competitive compensation package of $549,000.

What you’ll do

• Provide acute adult urologic care in a facility-based environment.
• Operate with assigned OR block time and perform a full range of surgical procedures.
• Work closely with experienced urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver coordinated care.
• Ensure continuity across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.

Schedule & locations

• Clinical days: 14-16 days per month, with schedules posted 90 days in advance for predictability.
• Primary hospital location: Rock Island, IL.
• Outpatient clinics: Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.

Requirements
