High-Paying Neurosurgeon (Fly-In) - Carbondale IL, 2w-on/2w-off Schedule, $823.5K/yr

Join our team in Carbondale, IL as a neurosurgeon and enjoy a predictable, balanced schedule: two weeks on, two weeks off (183 24-hour shifts per year). You’ll deliver comprehensive surgical care for patients with neurological conditions while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Provide full-spectrum neurosurgical care, from preoperative evaluation and operative management to postoperative follow-up.
• Perform a wide range of neurosurgical procedures with precision and sound clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across specialties - neurocritical care, neurology, radiology, nursing, and rehabilitation - to create coordinated care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement, case reviews, and multidisciplinary conferences to drive best practices and patient safety.

Schedule and compensation:

• Full-time position with 183 24-hour shifts per year (two weeks on / two weeks off).
• Base compensation: $823,500 per year.
• Additional shifts beyond 183 are paid at $4,500 per shift.
