Neurosurgeon - High-Paid $823.5K, 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off Schedule in Carbondale, IL

Location: Carbondale, Illinois

Schedule:

• Full-time: 183 24-hour shifts per year
• Typical rotation: two weeks on, two weeks off
• Additional shifts beyond 183 paid at $4,500 per shift

Compensation:

• Base salary: $823,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with neurological conditions
• Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call coverage per scheduled shifts
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow institutional protocols

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
