Travel General Orthopedic Surgeon (BC/BE) - Total Joints Focus, Fly-In, Predictable 10 Shifts/Month, Reno NV

Join an established orthopedic surgery program serving a rural community near Reno, Nevada. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with total joint experience to provide full-scope orthopedic care in a predictable, well-supported fly-in model - no relocation required.

Highlights:

• Full-scope practice with a balanced mix of elective and acute cases, with emphasis on growing elective volume (total joints, arthroscopy, hand, basic fracture care)
• Predictable schedule: 10 shifts/month providing 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage; shifts selected 120 days in advance
• Fly-in model with licensing support and all travel covered
• Onsite clinic with protected OR time and a collaborative, established surgical team
• Hospitalist-supported admissions

Compensation & Benefits:

• $3,195 per shift

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training or substantive experience in Total Joint Replacement preferred
• Eligibility for Nevada medical licensure (licensing support provided)
• Ability to manage both elective and acute orthopedic cases and participate in ED call coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care
