Outpatient Family Medicine Physician - Peoria, AZ (100% Outpatient, Visa Eligible)

We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our Peoria, Arizona team. This full-time role focuses on community-based care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call, supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing
• Prior family medicine experience preferred
