We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our team in Guadalupe, AZ. This full-time role is ideal for clinicians committed to community-focused care and offers a 100% outpatient practice with minimal call duties.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Prior family medicine experience preferred
