Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Competitive $250-325K Base, Low Call, Near Boston

Full-time outpatient opportunity in southeastern Massachusetts, serving communities just south of Boston. Practice is part of a large multi-specialty, multi-site physician group with easy highway access and under an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to family medicine or internal medicine patient panels.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, team-based care.
• Participate in minimal after-hours coverage (1-2 days/month).

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $250,000-$325,000; total compensation potential up to $600,000.
• RVU/productivity-based earnings after two years of base salary.
• Full benefits package.
• CME: one week paid time off plus up to $3,000 reimbursement.
• Malpractice insurance: occurrence-based coverage.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; collaborative team approach.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required.
