Role overview:
You will provide full-scope family medicine for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, coordinating proactive care, and promoting wellness and preventive services. You will work closely with clinical staff and report to the site medical director, participating in continuous quality improvement and practice development.

Compensation and benefits:

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 annually
• Bonus incentives tied to patient volume

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completed or current resident in an approved residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Florida
• New graduates and current residents encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities and skills:

• Deliver direct patient care: history, physical exam, diagnosis, and treatment according to clinic protocols
• Manage patients across the lifespan, including preventive care and chronic disease management
