• Regional telehealth psychiatry role covering skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Flexible, autonomous schedule combining remote work and periodic onsite facility visits
• Lead and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants across a growing network
• Focus on geriatric and medically frail populations with complex behavioral health needs
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, crisis support, and psychotropic medication GDR reviews
• Primary EMR is Athena with integration of PCC and Matrix; AI documentation tools planned
• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; no visa sponsorship
• Must reside in Arizona; experience in SNF or long-term care settings strongly preferred
