- Mon - Wed 9 am - 2 pm; Thu 9 am - 12 pm
- 15 - 20 patients per day
- Adults only patient population
- Medication management of pain -- must be comfortable prescribing
- Protocols include yearly and random UAs and MRIs
- Patients include amputees and failed back surgery cases
- ACLS certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
