Job Description
North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, well-established, hospital-owned Urology practice. This employed outpatient opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality specialized care alongside experienced physician leadership in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient clinic support for urology patients.
- Evaluate and manage new patient consults, post-operative visits, and routine follow-up care.
- Collaborate closely with the attending urologist to maintain seamless continuity of care and expand clinic access.
Position Highlights
- Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient only — no inpatient call requirements.
- Practice Environment: Well-established practice within the North Okaloosa Physician Group network.
- Schedule: Full-time
Qualifications
- Experienced providers preferred; 1+ years practicing in a licensed APP role.
- Active and clear Florida Advanced Practice Provider license (or eligible to obtain).
- 1+ years of direct Urology experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skills.
