Nurse Practitioner Manager - Clinical Lead & Multi-Site Operational Manager

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner Manager to split time 50% clinical care and 50% clinical/operational leadership across multiple Los Angeles-area practices. The role provides direct care for adult and geriatric patients while supporting provider development, quality improvement, and clinic performance.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care for adult and geriatric patients
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals and follow-up
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Leadership and operational responsibilities

• Mentor and support professional development and engagement of providers
• Partner with leadership to improve workflows, quality, safety, and practice performance
• Promote consistent clinical standards and collaboration across locations
• Balance direct patient care with administrative duties across multiple sites
• Travel as needed between Downtown LA, Lawndale, Montebello, West LA, and Whittier clinics (mileage reimbursed)

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $173,000-$259,000 annually, plus quarterly incentive opportunity
• Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call
• 20 days PTO; seven paid holidays plus one flexible holiday
• Five CME days per year and $2,000 annual CME reimbursement
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• Mileage reimbursement for interclinic travel

Qualifications

• Current California NP license and national NP certification
• Prior clinical NP experience; strong assessment and care-management skills for adult and geriatric populations
• Demonstrated ability to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities across multiple locations
• Leadership, provider mentoring, or supervisory experience highly preferred
