Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time Outpatient (Downey, CA)

Schedule and setting

• Full-time, outpatient
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

What you’ll do

• Provide adult primary care including preventive services, wellness visits, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within scope and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients on prevention, chronic disease self-management, and healthy lifestyles
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with the interdisciplinary team
• Support population health and quality improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Compensation & benefits

• Annual compensation: $162,698-$195,238, plus bonus potential
• Quarterly incentive: 10% of quarterly earnings
• 160 hours of PTO

What we’re looking for

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
