Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Hospital Medicine Days - 7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Baptist Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. This opportunity offers a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off day shift schedule while practicing within a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on delivering exceptional inpatient care.

What You Will Need

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Minimum one year of Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, or ICU experience
• Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current BLS and ACLS certification, or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Valid Florida driver's license
