Locums - Outpatient Primary Care NP/PA clinic opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ market

Locums opportunity to join a growing private practice group with Primary Care clinic in NW Phoenix, AZ - Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. 

• Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Start ASAP and will be ongoing until perm is hired
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities
• Must have a very strong background in outpatient family practice and able to work autonomously
• Must be comfortable and experienced in a Value Based Care Model
• 17-21 patients per day ramp up
• Commercial insurance patient population only
• Spanish preferred but not required
• Full support staff on site
• EMR used is eClinicalWorks
• Generous hourly rate with malpractice included
