Position Overview
- 100% office-based outpatient primary care in an established practice
- Open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians (practice sees patients birth and up)
- Located in Vernon, Connecticut " ~20 minutes east of Hartford
- Practice supported by Ambient AI, a collaborative care team, and seamless specialist access
Schedule & Call
- Full-time, weekdays only
- Ask about a 4/10 work week schedule
Academic & Teaching
- Optional teaching opportunities
- Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
