Occupational Medicine Urgent Care Physician - Commerce, California

The Opportunity

Join our team as a full-time Urgent Care Physician in Commerce, California, in the greater Los Angeles area. Your patients, as well as your medical and support team, will look to you for excellent problem solving and leadership skills. You will assess patients and provide treatment while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring patient experience. Every physician has the opportunity to make an impact on procedures and policies at the center, and training is provided in Occupational Medicine.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, no call. Many clinics offer M-F, 8am-5pm hours with no nights, weekends or holidays, along with 30+ days off a year.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $280,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatment in a clinical environment
• Deliver an exceptional and reassuring patient experience
• Contribute to center procedures and policies
• Minimal travel

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited university
• Board certification or eligibility highly preferred
• State licensure as required for the state of jurisdiction
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred; willing to train otherwise qualified candidates
