Family Medicine Physician | Saginaw, MI
A leading physician-led health system in Michigans Great Lakes Bay Region is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its outpatient practices. The role offers strong pay, manageable volume, and real work-life balance.
Schedule
- Outpatient only, with no hospital coverage; hospitalists handle all inpatient care
- 4.5-day week: Mon"Thu 8:00 AM"4:30 PM, Fri 8:00 AM"12:00 PM
- 4-day week options available
- No mandatory evenings or weekends
- Light shared phone call, with triage support
Compensation
- 2-year guaranteed salary, then wRVU incentives with upside
- Annual quality bonuses

- BC/BE in Family Medicine
