A growing, financially stable health system is hiring an employed General Surgeon in Brookville, in Northwest Pennsylvania. The system has 9 hospitals serving 29 counties across PA.
Compensation
- $526K base salary
- Uncapped wRVU incentives
- $25K sign-on bonus
- $10K relocation
- $75K educational loan assistance
The Practice
- 25-bed critical access hospital
- 4 ORs
- Minimal call, based on post-op admissions
- Fully staffed, established practice with primary care and specialty support
- Physician-led organization of 200+ providers
