**Qualifications**
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency
- Board Certified in Dermatology preferred
- Recently trained Board Eligible physicians considered
- Missouri medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills in general dermatology
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multispecialty medical group
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Annual base salary of $525,000–$540,000
- Additional productivity incentive bonus plan
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
