North Okaloosa Physician Group, affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center (NOMC), is seeking an experienced, board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed group in Crestview, Florida.

Step into an immediate, high-volume elective practice fueled by an active population near Eglin Air Force Base. Local demand for elective joints, sports medicine, and reconstructive procedures is extremely high across our captive Primary Service Area of 215,000+ residents. About Your Work:

Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
25-bed ED (40,000 visits in 2025)
5 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, efficient and tenured OR team, state of the art technology including MAKO and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
Additional access to ASC with 3 OR suites
