We are looking for a full-time or part-time family physician who is willing to collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner. This practice has two locations, Union City, OH and Greenville, OH.

Incentive Compensation: RVU bonus program

- Paid Time Off: 336 hours (equivalent to forty-two days (42), eight (8)-hour work days) of vacation, CME, sick-time per calendar year, and up to eight (8) nationally recognized holidays.
- CME/License/Membership Dues/Subscription Reimbursement: Up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000.00) per calendar year.
- Disability Policy: Long-term disability policy paid by employer
- Medical Malpractice Policy: standard policy limits paid by us including tail coverage for you upon expiration or termination of the employment agreement.

Collaboration: Full-time Nurse Practitioner and shared practice call
