Full Time Position


Details:
Join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital-affiliated practice support.
Shared call rotation averaging 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage.
Physician-governed organization with physician-led JOC.
Option for flexible schedule 3, 4, or 5-day work week.
APP collaboration with additional compensation.
Opportunities for teaching 1st-year students and precepting NP/PA students.
Hybrid work opportunity in Hospital Medicine, if desired.
Leadership/administrative opportunities available.

Requirements:
Board Certified.
Active NYS licensure.
DEA required.
Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups.

Recruitment Package:
Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $260,000.
Starting Bonus: $75,000.
Retention Bonus: $25,000.
Resident compensation available (up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on).
