Full Time Position
Details:
Join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital-affiliated practice support.
Full range of healthcare services for families, including pediatric exams, adolescent medicine, adult and geriatric health care, illness/injury care, preventive immunizations, cancer screening, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Highlights:
Shared call rotation averaging 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage.
Physician-governed organization with physician-led JOC.
Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5-day work week.
APP collaboration with additional compensation.
Opportunities for teaching 1st-year students and precepting NP/PA students.
Hybrid work opportunity in Hospital Medicine, if desired.
Leadership/administrative opportunities available.
Requirements:
Active NYS licensure and DEA required.
Board Certified.
Open to experienced or new graduate candidates.
Strong interest in providing Primary Care for all ages.
Recruitment Package:
Competitive starting salary range: $250,000 - $260,000, with additional earnings potential through productivity.
Starting Bonus: up to $75,000.
Retention Bonus: $25,000.
Resident compensation available (up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on).
Excellent benefits (health/vision/dental insurances).
Paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage.
CME time & expense allowance.
Paid time away from practice.
Two-part retirement savings program with employer matching.
