TeamHealth is seeking a full-time board-certified NP or PA with a minimum of 1-2 years of EM experience to join our team at VMFH Port Orchard. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while practicing in a supportive, collegial environment.

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Emergency and Urgent Care Port Orchard is a cutting-edge hybrid freestanding emergency department and urgent care center that is open 24/7 with 12 ED beds. We are averaging 24 hours of physician and APC coverage daily with nurses and an LPN providing support that oversees 80-90 total patient encounters, consisting of 30% EM and 70% UC patients. We have 24/7 CT and X-ray scanners with radiology interpretation within the radiology suite, and bedside ultrasound onsite. EPIC is used as the EMR.

Position Overview

• Join a collaborative and dynamic team focused on high-quality patient care and strong communication
• Work in a respected, physician-led company with more than four decades of experience
• Competitive Compensation based on a combination of hourly rates, RVUs, and quality bonus components, with estimated compensation of $65 to $105 hourly
• New grads will go through a 60-day orientation at 1/2 regular rate before moving to standard rate as part of the Jump Start Program
• Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent and comprehensive benefits package to include: 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, LTD, STD, FSA, and group term life insurance
