Job Summary:

Wesley Medical Center is seeking a PA or NP for the ECMO Coordinator role to oversee the needs and growth of our ECMO program in Wichita Kansas.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Practicing PA or NP
  • Critical Care experience required; leadership experience preferred
  • Work collaboratively with critical care physicians and cardiothoracic surgeon to manage and grow the ECMO program
  • Consult with other providers to determine whether a patient is appropriate for ECMO therapy
  • Align the ECMO program with evidence-based clinical guidance to safeguard quality and patient safety
  • Knowledgeable in educating patients and families
  • Conducting documentation reviews
