Family Medicine Physician — Join Thriving, Patient-Centered Mercy Health Practice in Defiance, OH

Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice in Defiance, OH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered outpatient practice. This role offers a ready-made patient panel and a supportive team environment focused on high-quality, whole-person care.

Location and Schedule

• Site: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
• Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Patient Volume: Average 22–28 patients/day
• Patient Mix: Approximately 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
• Call: Shared among current providers

Practice Support and Resources

• Experienced clinical team including CMAs and LPNs, plus a practice manager and registration staff
• Integrated access to specialty services: radiology, PT/OT, speech pathology, behavioral health, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, and more

Physician Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Committed to comprehensive, compassionate care
• Comfortable performing office-based procedures (e.g., biopsies, joint injections, skin lesion removal, I&D, Pap smears)
• Collaborative team player eager to contribute to a growing practice
