Employed Family Medicine/OP Internal Medicine Physician — Mercy Health Enon, OH (EPIC, Great Partners, No OB)

Mercy Health – Enon Primary Care invites an experienced primary care physician to join two respected providers as part of a planned growth initiative serving the Enon community. This employed position with Bon Secours Mercy Health offers a supportive team, teaching opportunities, and strong system resources.

• Collaborative practice with medical assistants, LPNs, and a registrar; staffing will expand as the practice grows
• Freestanding emergency department 5 miles from the office with outpatient lab and imaging services
• No obstetrics 

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide primary care across the lifespan: assess, diagnose, develop care plans, treat, and refer as appropriate
• Perform comprehensive histories and physicals and conduct Virtual Visits
• Order medications, labs, imaging, and treatments within Ohio State Medical Board and Mercy Health credentialing guidelines
• Coordinate patient care, counsel patients, and participate in call coverage per schedule (approximately 1 week every 10 weeks or take your own call); includes holiday and PTO/ATO coverage
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives (Medicare, CPC+, Mercy Health standards)

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
