• Clinic Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• High acuity pediatric patients
• 2-5+ years pediatric nephrology inpatient/outpatient experience
• Manage children on dialysis and kidney transplant care
• Comprehensive CKD care stages 1-5
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary transplant team
• Educate patients and families on CKD management
