Job Description
AdventHealth Port Charlotte is recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologists to join an expanding, collaborative anesthesia department in Port Charlotte, Florida. This role is well suited to physicians who value a collegial team environment and want to help shape a growing program during an exciting period of service expansion.

- Case mix includes general, orthopedic, vascular, urology and obstetrics (no cardiac or pediatric cases).
Work options and schedule
- Flexible FTE: full‑time and part‑time options available.
- Typical full‑time schedule: 26 days on / 26 days off.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with FTE.
- Full‑time package highlights: $50,000 sign‑on bonus, $6,000 CME/licensure allowance, 401(a) & 403(b) match, eligibility for Public Student Loan Forgiveness, relocation assistance, and other comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
