Cardiac Anesthesiology on Florida’s Gulf Coast: A Role Designed for Balance and Fulfillment

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is recruiting a board eligible or board-certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a highly engaged, team‑focused practice in vibrant Port Charlotte. Our new model empowers physicians with the balance and autonomy needed to thrive both professionally and personally.
Description:
- ACT Model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 CV Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs
- 10 Main ORs plus Cath Lab, IR, Endo Suites. 6 NORA sites.
- Case mix includes Cardiac (separate team), Ortho, Neuro, General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, GYN, Thoracic.
- No OB, No Trauma, No Peds
- Beeper call split equally amongst. CRNA is also on call with Physician. Emergent cases only on weekends.
- Excellent, highly competitive compensation
- 10 weeks of scheduled time off
